cashback problem
I am very frusterated,as I called when I recieved my May 6-05 bill, and signed up for home improvement 5% cashback bonus......I made several purchaces amounting to $931.97 in home improvement as to recieve 5% cashback bonus on this amount,now Discover is telling me,that when I signed up,it didnt go thru...I am a long standing customer who has from 1-2 $thousand a month bill,and pay in full each month....Please correct this Discover mistake,and please reply to this email....thank you...sincerely Jennyposted by Jenny S.
